Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the day of the event, prior to setup. Grace & Gather reserves the right to delay or refuse setup if full payment has not been completed.
Payments may be made through approved methods provided at booking. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.
Weather
In case of bad weather, rescheduling is allowed. no refunds due to weather conditions.
Guest Policy
Please provide the correct guest count at the time of booking. Picnic pricing is based on the number of guests attending your event.
Any additional guests not included in the original booking will result in an additional charge of $65 per person. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any changes to the guest count prior to the event date.
Failure to disclose additional guests may result in added fees due immediately following the event. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to all policies and pricing listed by our business.
time extension
time extensions must be requested in advance. subject to availability
additional time is $35 per hour
Cancelation & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. All deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability but are not guaranteed. Any last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of all payments made.
Setup & timing
please arrive on time to enjoy your full 2-hour experience.

late arrivals will not extend booking time. setup is completed before your scheduled time
Damage & Responsibility
The client assumes full responsibility for all rental items during the duration of the event. Any damaged, lost, or stolen items must be paid at full replacement cost.
This includes, but is not limited to: tables, pillows, rugs, décor, signage, stands, and specialty items such as neon signs or decorative pieces.
The only exception applies to plastic forks and spoons, which will not be charged if broken.
